SHADOW READINGS
​A shadow reading is a uniquely crafted reading created with the intention of bringing messages for TRANSFORMATION by using shadow work concepts (from Jungian psychology), evidence-based techniques for effective behavior change (in ABA Psychology), alongside spiritual tools + divination (tarot/oracle cards, astrology, channeling, etc). Delivered via live phone/video call or email.
Shadow readings involve a SHADOW SPREAD that helps with all 3 steps of shadow work:

Awareness to the shadow self (We focus on one behavior of shadow self at a time) ---> What parts of the shadow are coming up/need to be addressed?

Understanding why that part of the shadow is present/active (We look at the function of behavior)---> What/how does this part of the shadow serve?

Integrating w/ the shadow (We find replacement behaviors)---> What actions can I take to continue to honor my shadow AND stay aligned w/ my Higher Self?
We use spirituality mixed w/ psychology to address these questions + do the shadow work. Shadow readings include an additional:

MOON READINGS
A moon reading is a special kind of intuitive reading developed with the intention of bringing messages for HEALING by using the moon's energy to help deepen and intensify opportunities for soul + shadow work. Moon readings include a tarot/oracle reading + directly channeled messages from our angels, guides and ancestors of our highest good. Only available 6-7 days of the month (the night before, of and after the new/full moon). Delivered via live phone/video call or email.

​I have 2 kinds of moon readings available:

New Moon readings for the intention of providing new energy for MANIFESTING: bringing awareness to potential blockages, clearing old, stagnant energy to make space for new energy/blessings, creating new goals/intentions or starting a new cycle, etc.

Full Moon readings are to help with bringing deep clarity and awareness for HEALING: to the aspects of the shadow self that may be present, behaviors or energies that need our attention to begin the process of releasing and moving forward.
GENERAL READINGS
I also offer General Readings that answer 1 specific open ended question or topic.
Their intention is to provide you with more guidance, clarity and understanding about your situation/quiestion, and include intuitively channeled messages from our Spirit team, along with a tarot/oracle reading.
